At Deliberti, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return any item within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
Submit a Request
Log into your Deliberti account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your Return Authorization Number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, authenticity cards, and dust bags are included and the security seal remains intact.
Schedule a Pickup
Use the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original order to book a courier collection or drop off the package at an authorized shipping point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
